Master Bathroom Transformation
Before Transformation
The original master bathroom felt sterile and dated, with plain white square tiles covering the bathtub surround and a framed shower enclosure that closed off the space. The layout lacked personality, with mismatched finishes and no cohesive design direction.

The Approach
We introduced a layered material palette that balances warmth with sophistication. Vertical sage-green subway tiles bring organic texture to the bathtub surround, while a dramatic black marble countertop adds contrast and luxury. The dated framed shower was replaced with a seamless frameless glass enclosure alongside crisp white stacked subway tile, creating an open, contemporary feel.

After Transformation
The transformed bathroom now feels like a curated retreat. Natural light pours through the plantation shutters onto rich green tilework, while a hanging pothos and carefully placed objects bring life to every corner. The interplay of matte and polished surfaces — sage tile, black marble, brushed fixtures — creates a space that is both grounding and elevated. An arched niche above the bathtub displays a collected arrangement of brass candlesticks, adding warmth and personality to the bathing ritual, while the walk-in shower features a terrazzo-lined recessed niche for a clean, considered finishing detail.
