Procurement fee on the total landed cost.
The procurement fee is 25% of the total landed cost: the actual trade or wholesale cost of the goods, including applicable shipping, delivery and taxes.
I source through industry relationships and exclusive trade discounts. The calculation uses the actual supplier pricing, including those discounts—not the retail price.
