Mum and Dad's Residence
From Sydney to Bellingen
My parents bought a waterfront apartment in Sydney, which I decorated for them. Striped wallpaper, layered textiles and collected pieces gave the rooms their character, with the water providing a backdrop to daily life.
When they later moved to Bellingen, we used many of the same pieces in their new home. This project follows that continuity: furniture, artwork and familiar objects finding a new setting while retaining their place in our family's story.
