Awarded the national tender to lead the design, procurement, and full installation for the 100+ room refurbishment at Geraldton Marina's Broadwater Resort. The boutique approach prioritised quality, texture, and longevity while meeting strict budget expectations.

Beyond concept and sourcing, end-to-end delivery included coordinating procurement logistics and managing the complete on-site installation. Rather than relying on standard hospitality packages, we sourced extensively and directly — including custom procurement from China — elevating the calibre of furnishings without exceeding budget parameters.

The result was a resort layered with material richness and sensory consideration, offering a level of refinement not typically seen at this price point — demonstrating that thoughtful design, hands-on delivery, and fiscal discipline can coexist.
