In early 2000, I founded Complete Pad, an online furniture and homewares procurement company that became Australia's first curated interiors e-commerce platform. Long before online retail became standard, Complete Pad offered clients access to beautifully sourced pieces for their homes — each item selected with intention and backed by our design expertise.

More than an online shop, it was a design-led service model. We offered complimentary advice on individual purchases as well as comprehensive furniture packages, ensuring that even remote clients could achieve cohesive, thoughtfully considered interiors. Complete Pad was an early expression of my belief that good design should be both accessible and guided — never overwhelming, always intentional.
