This is a different model to my traditional full-service design. I created it specifically for homeowners who need to move quickly, spend wisely, and still end up with a home that feels considered and whole.
A Small Retainer to Begin
A modest upfront retainer secures your place on my books and puts your project on my radar. This covers the initial consultation, space assessment, and design direction — so we can move with purpose from day one.
No Traditional Design Fees
I waive the standard hourly or flat-rate design fee entirely. Instead, I charge a simple, transparent percentage on furnishings and materials procured through me. You know exactly what you are paying, and why.
Wholesale & Trade Pricing Passed to You
Every wholesale discount, trade price, and industry relationship I have built over twenty years is handed directly to you. You benefit from pricing that is typically reserved for the trade — without needing to navigate it yourself.
Full Design Intelligence, Lighter Structure
You still receive the full benefit of my eye — spatial planning, material selection, colour direction, furniture curation, and styling. The difference is the fee structure, not the quality of the outcome.
